Who receives the voucher email?

The buyer. After payment, the PDF is emailed to the address you entered. Share it with the recipient when you’re ready, or print it.

Can they use it for any treatment?

Yes, for any treatment or spa package. They can enter the code when booking online or show the voucher at the spa. Any required booking deposit is paid separately; the voucher is applied to the rest at the spa.

Does it have to be used all at once?

No. Any remaining balance can be used on a later visit within the 12-month validity period. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can they choose a treatment that costs more?

Yes. They pay the difference at the spa.
